We charge per job rather than by the hour. This approach ensures that we can focus on delivering the best possible results without feeling rushed. By charging per job, we take full accountability for the quality of our work, providing you with thorough and detailed service.

For domestic cleans, we can take clients anywhere in Cambridgeshire, Newmarket, Haverhill and surrounding villages. For end of tenancy and deep cleans, we travel further afield, covering the South of England, the East of England and areas of the East Midlands. Yes, we are individually DBS checked.

Yes, we provide all cleaning products and materials, including a hoover and Mop (unless the client would prefer us to use their own). We can also use eco-friendly products if required.

Subject to availability, we are happy to come at the same time every week for domestic cleans, or differing depending on client needs. We will always endeavour to tailor our schedule and flexible to suit your preferences. 

No, it is not necessary for you to be home. We understand lots of clients will prefer not to be present when cleaning is taking place.

We love pets! Friendly animals are okay to be home when cleaning is taking place. Although we will always check beforehand, please let us know in advance if any animals live in your home ( so we can be sure we are using animal safe products in your property). 

We offer 100% money back guarantee on the cleaning aspect for end of tenancy cleans. If any charges occur, we cover the cost.
